Sweet and Sour Pork Recipe
Ingredients:
Pork — 500 g
Carrots — 1 pc
Bulgarian pepper — 0.5 pc
Soy sauce — 50 ml
Flour — 1 tbsp
Shallots — 1 pc
Garlic — 1 clove
Starch — 1 tbsp
Spices, salt, pepper
Ingredients for the sauce:
Sugar — 2.5 tbsp
Ketchup — 0.5 cups
Vinegar — 0.5 tbsp
Preparation:
Pork wash, wet paper towels, cut into small cubes. Then make a batter Stir all the ingredients: flour, grated garlic, starch, soy sauce, salt, spices. In the finished batter put wedges of meat to marinate for about 30 minutes.
Make sauce by combining all the ingredients: sugar, vinegar, ketchup. In a frying pan fry the shredded carrots, onions and peppers. They lay under the marinated meat, fry for 15 minutes until the amber. Pour the sauce and simmer for about 7 minutes.
