Sweet and Sour Shrimp


Tiger prawns (raw in the shell without a head) — 1 kg
Olive oil — 50 ml
Garlic — 4-5 large cloves
Tomato Ketchup — 50 ml
Fish sauce — 1-2 tablespoons
Lemon juice — 1-2 tablespoons
Sugar — to taste


First, you need to defrost the shrimp and discard in a colander to glass water. Then in a frying pan heat the olive oil, add the prawns and fry until pink on one side.
