  • chicken breast 600 g
  • cauliflower 300 g
  • cheese 70-80 g
  • eggs 2 PCs.
  • the sweet Bulgarian pepper 1 PC.
  • sour cream 2 tbsp.
  • flour 2 tbsp.
  • green onion 1 bunch
  • ground black pepper
  • parsley
  • salt


  • Cut fillets into cubes, pepper peel and cut also into small cubes. Boil in salted water the cauliflower florets for 5 minutes, cut it into cubes. All mix, add the coarsely grated cheese and herbs, beat eggs, add flour with sour cream, salt and pepper, mix well, remove for an hour in the fridge.
  • In the frying pan, vegetable oil, molded with wet hands small chicken cutlets with vegetables, fry them until Golden from both sides and a little heat. Finished cakes put into a saucepan, cover with a lid for 5-7 minutes, serve with vegetables, cereals or garnish any salad with vegetables in season.
