Thai Cucumber Salad Recipe
Fresh cucumbers — 300 g.
Bulgarian red pepper 1 piece.
Sesame -2 tablespoons
Soy sauce -2 tablespoons
-1 tsp lime juice
-1 Tsp honey
-2 Tablespoons olive oil
coriander -1 beam
Cucumbers and peppers cut into strips.
Sesame seeds fry in a dry frying pan until golden.
For the filling mix the soy sauce, lime juice, honey and olive oil.
Mix the vegetables with sauce, chopped coriander.
Arrange on plates and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
