Thai Grilled Pork
pork (pork neck or loin) 300 grams
garlic 2 cloves
shallots 1 piece
Cut the pork cubes 3×3 cm. We send the meat in a bowl. We add 3 tbsp. l. soy sauce, 3 tbsp. l. oyster sauce, 2-3 handfuls of sugar, a little sesame oil and coconut milk. Cut the galangal (ginger can be replaced), coriander and chilli, and send to the meat. Squeeze the juice into a bowl of half a lime, an incision peel and send it to the same. Mix.
Prepare the sauce. Put the pan on the heat and send it to the cashew. Fry. Finely chop green onions. Clear the 2 cloves of garlic and shallots. Cut the onion into several parts and send along with the garlic in the blender jar. There also add 1/3 chili pepper pod, 2 pinches of sugar, soy sauce, fish sauce, coconut milk, juice of 1 lime slices and cashew. We grind.
Soak bamboo skewers in water and leave for 2 hours. After 2 hours, stringing meat on skewers. Preheat a frying pan with vegetable oil. We spread the meat to the pan, carefully presses the knife and fry on both sides. During cooking oil the skewers and coconut milk marinade, sprinkle with sugar.
We serve skewers with peanut sauce, garnished with feathers of green onions and chili. Bon Appetit!
