Tortellini of shrimp and cucumber on toast

Ingredients:

Toast bread — 3 thin slices
Shrimp cooked — 24 pcs.
Long cucumber — 1 pc.
Cream Cheese — 70 g
Horseradish — 0.5 hours. L.
Leaves of parsley or cilantro for decoration
Salt and pepper — to taste.

Preparation:

Step 1 of the bread crust cut off, the flesh cut into 4 equal squares.
Step 2 Cut the cucumber lengthwise into thin slices, 2-3 mm thick.
Step 3 Mix the cream cheese with salt and horseradish.
Step 4 Now assemble canapés: bread spread with cheese mixture, put a slice of cucumber, then 2 shrimp.
Step 5 Garnish with fresh herbs.
