- mushrooms 200 g
- cheese 100 g
- sour cream 2 tbsp.
- Fillet slice, RUB with salt and pepper, grease with vegetable oil, spread on a baking sheet. Boil the mushrooms, e.g. chanterelles, in salted water, cool, finely chop. Chop onion, fry together with the mushrooms, add a little flour and stir.
- Mix the sour cream with salt, pepper, spices, dilute with water, add the roast. Sauce heat until thick. Trout put it in the oven for 15 minutes, the oven at 220 degrees. Remove the dish, pour mushroom sauce, sprinkle with cheese. Oven trout with mushroom sauce for 15 minutes.
When feeding the fish can be decorated with lettuce, cherry tomatoes or sliced regular tomatoes.
