Vegetable stew

Ingredients:

Squash 3 pieces
Eggplant 3 pieces
Pepper 2 pieces
Onion 1 piece
Tomatoes 5 pieces
Carrot 1 piece
Salt to taste
Vegetable oil 2 tablespoons
Ground black pepper to taste
