150 g red onion
100 g cherry tomatoes
30 grams of garlic
10 ml lemon juice
50 ml of vegetable oil
100 ml olive oil
Salt and ground black pepper to taste
1. Part of the tomatoes cut in half, leaving the rest intact. Onions cut into large rings, carefully chop the garlic. Spinach wash
and dry. Fry it in olive oil with tomato halves.
2. Onions separately fry in vegetable oil.
3. Connect the sauteed vegetables, add whole cherry tomatoes, salt and pepper.
