Ingredients:

100 g prawns
150 g sole fillets
150 g fillet of trout
50 grams of cooked meat cuttlefish
50 g of cucumber
50 g cherry tomatoes
100 ml olive oil
20 ml of white sauce
20 ml white wine
10 ml lemon juice
1 lemon, parsley for decoration

Preparation:

1. Cucumbers cut into slices, lemon cut in half. Shrimp washed, make cuts on the back, remove the veins, put on a lattice grill and fry on both sides.
