Watermelon and Feta Salad Recipe
400g watermelon flesh
2 tablespoons olive oil
A bunch of fresh mint — 20-30 grams
0.5 tsp salt
Pinch of ground pepper
First, a watermelon should be cleaned from the bones and skin — need only pulp. Next slice of watermelon and cheese cubes the same size. Add the cheese and watermelon in a bowl, pour the olive oil, squeeze out a quarter of lemon, add salt and pepper: white or pink; Black is too harsh taste.
Rub lemon peel on the very fine grater and add here also. Gently mix the salad. This is best done by hand, otherwise the whole juice to come out. Serve a salad sprinkled with chopped mint leaves.
