Ingredients:
eggs 2 pcs.
1 cup yogurt
1 cup sugar
1 cup flour
baking soda 1 tsp
powdered sugar
vanillin
jam
Preparation:
1 Beat the eggs, vanilla, sugar, put yogurt, to accommodate the soda and add flour. The dough should have a liquid. Cover the pan with a special paper and pour the batter. It should be spread evenly over the surface.
2Otpravit baking sheet in preheated oven and cook 7 minutes to a pinkish color. Remove, flip the pink side onto a damp cloth. Quickly jam and lubricate using a cloth, roll roll. A little cool. Remove the cloth. Sprinkle with yoghurt jelly roll with powdered sugar.
