for the goulash:

  • beef 500 g

for mashed potatoes:

  • 1 kg of potatoes
  • milk 1-2 cups
  • butter
  • salt


  • Slice the meat, fry slightly, pour a little boiling water, put grated carrot and diced onion, saute with oil. Add more water to the meat was a little covered with water, simmer until tender about an hour 10 minutes before the end add salt, add Bay leaf, peas pepper.
