Chicken Cheese Soup Recipe


Chicken fillet — 400g
Potatoes — 2 pcs
Carrots — 1 pc
Processed cheese — 180 gr
Broth or water — 2 liters
Bay leaf, allspice pepper
Salt and pepper — to taste


Chicken fillet cut into cubes of medium size. Potatoes and carrots to clean. Potatoes cut into cubes, carrots — half rings. Fillet lightly fry in a skillet with a little olive oil. Broth bring to a boil, put the bay leaf and allspice and add cubes of filet.
