Chicken with potatoes in sour cream baked in the sleeve
Easy, tasty, from affordable products – it’s all about the proposed second recipe chicken. The classic combination of potatoes and chicken, «sleeve» will keep all the juices and flavors.

Ingredients:
- potatoes 1.5 kg
- chicken 1-1.5 kg
- sour cream 200 g
- garlic 6 cloves
- vegetable oil 5 tbsp
- ground red pepper to taste
- salt to taste
Preparation:
- Mix vegetable oil, salt, red ground pepper, crushed garlic.
- Resulting mixture to RUB the chicken, leave for impregnation for 20 minutes.
- Peel the potatoes, cut into large pieces, pour sour cream, add salt and add crushed garlic. Ingredients mix.
- Chicken put in a sleeve for baking, spread around the potatoes. Put the dish in a pre heated oven, bake for two hours or longer, until tender.
