Chinese Sweet and Sour Sauce


fruit juice 125ml
onions 2 heads
ginger root 5 cm
3 tablespoons ketchup
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
dry white wine 2 tbsp
brown sugar 2 tbsp
2 tablespoons soy sauce
2 tablespoons water
apple vinegar 1 tbsp
starch 1 tbsp
garlic 2 cloves
