Cold salad chinese


3 cucumber

3 small carrots

350 g bean sprouts Golden

100 g of large prawns is ready

3 tbsp roasted peanuts

For the filling:

1/4 Cup soy sauce

3 tbsp rice vinegar

2 tbsp sesame oil

1 tbsp rice wine

1 tbsp sugar

1/2 tsp salt


Cut cucumbers along into 4 parts, remove seeds; cut the flesh into large strips. Carrots peel and slice into thin strips. Mix the cucumber with 2/3 carrot. Prepare the filling by mixing all the ingredients in a bowl. On a large plate in the center place a mixture of cucumber and carrot, the remainsof the carrot, place in a circle on the edge of a plate.

Bean sprouts put around the mixture of cucumber and carrot. Shrimp clear from the shell. Cut in half horizontally. Lay shrimp pink side up on the sprouts. On top of all sprinkle with crushed peanuts. Pour salad dressing and mix lightly. Serve immediately.

If you cannot find sake or rice wine, substitute dry white wine, preferably Australian or South African.
