Creamy spinach soup


Boiled potatoes — 150 g
Frozen spinach — 150 g
Onions — 50g
Garlic — 1 clove
Sesame oil — 1 tsp
Vegetable oil — for frying
Water — 100g
Crackers rye — to taste
Garlic sauce — to taste
Spicy herbal salt — to taste
Seasoning the grill — to taste


First you need to chop the onion half rings, garlic — sliced. Then boiled in their jackets potatoes peeled and cut into slices. In a saucepan heat the oil and fry the onion, then add the garlic. After 2-3 minutes, put the slices of potato and spinach. A little put out. Add boiling water, add salt to taste.
Boil after boiling for 5 minutes. Ready to shake up the soup blender until smooth. Add sesame oil to taste. For serving soup rye crackers sprinkle garlic sauce and sprinkle with spices for grilling. Post a soup to the table better with croutons.
