Cucumber stuffed with salmon
Capers 1 tbsp. l.
Mustard 1 hour. L.
Natural yoghurt 2 tbsp. l.
pinch of salt
Pinch of ground black pepper
Cucumber 1 pc.
Herbs to taste
Mix the mustard, yogurt, salt, pepper, capers.
Salmon filet divided into fibers. Toss with the sauce.
Cucumber cut into thick slices. Carefully remove the center.
Stuff the cucumber slices stuffed with salmon.
Before serving garnish with chopped herbs.
