- fettuccini pasta 250 g
- salmon (trout, salmon) 150g
- cream 20% 150 ml
- tomatoes 1 PC.
- onion ½
- garlic 2 cloves
- olive oil 1-2 tbsp
- Parmesan cheese grated to taste
- fresh thyme to taste
- ground black pepper to taste
- salt to taste
Fish cut into cubes, tomatoes without skin and seeds – in small pieces.
Crush a garlic press, chop onion and fry in the heated oil for about a minute.
Add fish pieces, tomatoes, season with pepper, thyme, salt, stir and cook about 5 minutes.
Pour over the cream, stir gently, cook for another 4 minutes, you can add to taste Parmesan cheese.
Put in a pan cooked fettuccine, stir gently. Remove from heat, arrange on plates, sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
