Fish baked in cream with cauliflower and broccoli

  • white fish fillet 500 g
  • frozen green peas 100 g
  • cauliflower 150 g
  • broccoli 150 g
  • butter 10 g
  • cream 30% 200 ml
  • sea salt ½ tsp
  • black pepper powder ¼ tsp


  • Grease a baking dish, put into it the fillet of any white fish in one or two layers. The bottom should be completely closed.
