- white fish fillet 4 PCs.
- tomatoes 6 pieces
- the sweet Bulgarian pepper 2 PCs.

- pine nuts 50 g

- parsley to taste
- ground black pepper to taste
Cut into strips sweet pepper and carrots, tomato slices, garlic and herbs chopped.
Put it in a ceramic form, sprinkle with pine nuts, add salt, pour oil.
Put the form in the oven for a third hour, after the pepper and tomatoes are slightly browned, stir vegetables and lay them salted fish and pepper, and return to the oven. Fish fillet baked with vegetables will be ready in 20 minutes.
On a heated large plate to put the vegetables on top of fish, sprinkle with parsley, sprinkle with lemon juice.
