Herby cheese roulade


Egg — 2 pcs
Water — 0.5 cups
Oil for frying — 0.5 cups
Soft cheese or cheese — 200 g
Parsley — a small bunch


Of flour, water, eggs, and salt to prepare dough. Knead it well and divide into 2 equal parts, cover them with a damp towel and leave for 30 minutes. These 2 pieces of dough roll out thinly in the form of a large circle and each divided into 8 pieces — strips. Finely chopped parsley and mash with cheese. Stuffing wrapped in strips of dough in the form of tubes, edges of the dough to moisten with water and close up to the stuffing does not fall out. In a deep frying pan melt the butter and fry it in a cigar on each side until golden brown. The dish should be served hot.
