Honey Banana Cake
2/3 cup water
1/2 cup honey
3 tablespoons flour
2 tablespoons starch
1 tsp olive oil
sesame seeds / icing sugar
1 peeled banana cut into two halves.
2 Mix the water with the starch, flour, egg white and olive oil (you can use sesame)
3 Heat the oil in a frying pan or saucepan with a thick, dip half a banana in batter and fry on all sides until golden caramel.
4 Mix the honey with lemon juice, a little heat in a saucepan over low heat and pour over the prepared sauce bananas.
5 Bananas in honey-lemon icing sprinkle sesame seeds or sugar.
