Marinated Seafood Salad


octopus 900 g
crab meat 450 g
shrimp 450 g
squid 450g
onion 40-50 g
celery 40-50 g
carrots 40-50 g
leaf laurel 2 pcs.
lemon 1 pc.
white wine 2 cups
pepper black peas 1,5 tbsp.
garlic 3 cloves

for marinade:

oranges 180 g
parsley 10 g
orange juice 2 cups
garlic minced 1/2 cup
olive oil 1/2 cup
black pepper powder


1Connect wine, garlic, lemon juice, bell pepper, water and bay leaf in a saucepan. Bring to a boil, reduce heat. Put the octopus, cook for 45 minutes. Remove the saucepan from the fire, leave in a liquid (preferably cook for a few days before the salad is prepared). Take the octopus, put it in a container, close it, send it to the refrigerator.
2In the left liquid, boil for about three minutes of peeled shrimp and squid, as well as cool. In the same way put in the refrigerator. In the same liquid boil for a few minutes onions, carrots, celery. Drain the marinade, cool the vegetables.
