450 g chicken liver
80 g hard cheese
onion 1 clove
white wine vinegar 2 tbsp
sour cream 3 tsp
brown sugar 1 pinch
nut nutmeg 1 pinch
ground black pepper

1 Liver wash and dry. Onions cut into half rings and cook in vegetable oil (about 2 minutes), to pass on to the plate. In the same oil fry the liver (about 1 minute on each side). Then add the sugar, onion, vinegar, pepper and nutmeg and simmer for about 4 minutes.
2 Put in portioned form, add 1 teaspoon of sour cream, sprinkle with grated cheese and send the chicken livers with cheese in the oven or in a microwave oven until the cheese has melted. Serve with rice, mashed potatoes or salad.
