- chicken breast 500 g
- mushrooms 500 g
- cabbage 500 g
- cucumbers 3-4 PCs.
- mayonnaise to taste
- garlic to taste
- vegetable oil
Cut fillets into strips, fry until zolotisty.
Put cleaned mushrooms in boiling water, boil 10 minutes, cut into 4 pieces.
Finely shred the cabbage, cucumber – half-rings.
Combine all ingredients, mix with mayonnaise.
Cut the bread into cubes, dry it to a crisp in the oven, allow to cool, pour into a bag. Mix oil with crushed garlic, placed in the package to the biscuits, tie and shake for better mixing. Arrange on a platter with lettuce leaves, put the salad and top with the stack (just before serving) crackers.
