— 225 g of dark chocolate
— 120ml whipping cream
— 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
— 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
— 1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
— 1 tablespoon of coffee or coffee liqueur

In addition:
— Powdered sugar
— Cocoa newly-fallen snow
— Coconut
— And the other for obvalivaniya

Chop the chocolate.
Pour the cream into a small saucepan and heated until the edges begin popping bubbles.
Pour the cream into the chocolate.
Leave for a few minutes to melt the chocolate.
Slowly stir.
Add vanilla.
Then add the coffee liqueur.
Put the red pepper.
Add cinnamon.
Mix and leave at room temperature for an hour and then put in the refrigerator for 15 minutes.
Form the mass into balls and place them in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
Roll the balls in the coating on the taste — powdered sugar, cocoa powder or coconut.
