Spinach Calzone


Pizza dough
325 g spinach
200 g of the curd
mozzarella cheese 100g
tofu 100 g
egg 1 pcs.
onion 1 clove
ground black pepper 1/2 tsp
1/4 tsp salt
nut muscat


1 oven heat (260 degrees). In a frying pan fry until golden brown the onions over low heat, add salt and pepper. Even down the heat and add the chopped spinach. Then simmer until cooked spinach (about a minute). Remove from heat.
2 In a separate container, mix cottage cheese, grated mozzarella, tofu, egg and nutmeg. Stir until smooth. Excess juice from spinach ready to remove and add it to cottage cheese mixture. The dough is divided in half, roll out each piece into a disk shape.
3 Half finished filling out onto the middle of the circle of dough. Tightly seal the edges so the filling does not leak. The same is done with the second disk of dough. Bake the calzone with cheese and spinach for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
